What happens if you are gone in two years?
A fair question for a small provider. All of your data can be exported as CSV at any time – members, warnings, audit log, tickets. The bot is your own Discord application; the credentials belong to you and we hand them over on request. You would be without us, but not without your data.
Why pay when there are free bots?
If all you need is level roles and a welcome message, do not pay. The difference starts where several people on a team make decisions and it should be traceable who did what – and where the bot should not look like someone else's product.
Do I need my own hosting or technical knowledge?
No. We run the bot on our servers in Germany, apply updates and monitor it. You need a browser and the permission to invite a bot on your Discord.
How long does setup take?
The call takes 20 minutes. After that the bot is on your server the same day; we set up forms, roles and wording together within one or two days. You do not have to prepare anything.
